This place had everything I needed! It was a short 15 minute drive to my place of work, the neighborhood is quiet, and Joan is a great landlord. She mailed me back some items that were delivered to the wrong mailbox, and gave me some great advice on how to traverse the roads after heavy snowfall. The property and all was fantastic!

Comfy Oasis

I recently stayed for four weeks while on a medical rotation in Eugene. Joan was a very responsive and accommodating host. The property itself is very comfortable and nice. New construction, tastefully done, with a very comfortable bed! The kitchen is the best-appointed one I've experienced while traveling during medical school. Highly recommend this property as it's a great value for the cost.

The property is clean and well maintained. It has everything a person needs plus some. J is amazing and responsive to any questions. I would give her 6 stars if I could.

Clean and cute apartment, very responsive owner

Our business rented this apartment as housing for several executives to use when visiting the area over several months. The owner was very communicative and attentive to our needs. The property felt safe, the bed was comfortable, the grounds were clean, and everything was in working order. We would return!

Great apartment!

Excellent accommodations at this apartment for a single tenant. It was very clean with brand new appliances. The owner was very quick to respond to any of my needs or concerns, extremely hospitable. She even took the time to drop me off/pick me up from the airport! Plenty of privacy within and outside of the apartment. Internet was fast and reliable. Kitchen had everything needed to cook regularly and fit all my needs as a homebody. Location was about 5 miles from downtown E and I was able to commute via bicycle daily without any issues. Would definitely stay again!
