Kent station Unit C

We had a wonderful stay at this 1-bedroom apartment during our assignment. The location was perfect very close to the hospital we worked at (AMC). The area also felt very safe throughout our stay. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and had great natural sunlight that made the space feel warm and inviting. It was fully stocked with the supplies and essentials we needed, which made settling in so much easier. Vincent and Cindy were amazing hosts very helpful, responsive, and quick to assist whenever we needed anything. They truly made us feel comfortable and supported during our stay. We would definitely recommend this place to other travel healthcare workers or anyone looking for a comfortable furnished rental!

Recommend for short term stay

Overall a great stay. The space was comfortable, the owners are kind and quick to respond. Getting there can be a bit tricky as it’s right off a roundabout but a huge plus was the parking, it was never an issue since they own that part of the street, there was always an open spot in front of the unit. I really appreciated the dark room which was perfect for day time sleep as I was working nights. Except the unit is near a train station as well as a fire station, overall a busy road so probably not ideal for light sleepers. Still I enjoyed my 10 week stay and would recommend it for short term housing.

Home away from home

I had a positive experience renting from V. He was quick to respond to any questions and concerns I had during my stay. The property was well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, I would recommend for their prompt communication and the quality of the rental. Five stars!

Quick stay

I stayed here for a 13 week contract! It was super close to valley medical hospital! I was worried when I was first going to book my stay about the street parking - but it was never an issue its a private street so only the people staying in the house park on that part of the road. The landlords were AMAZING!! Love them to death! I never had any issue with the unit, but I knew they were just a quick message away if I did. My only complaint would be its a little noisy (between some railroads, and close to a fire station) but other than that 10/10 stay! Totally worth the money!

The landlords and property managers for this unit were absolutely wonderful! I had a great stay and experience in this spacious unit! Thank you so much for even allowing me to check the place before renting since a lot of other furnished rentals wouldnt let me. Communication between the landlords was quick and efficient! It was also conveniently located next to grocery stores, shops, food, and whatever else you may need. My only regret was not staying there longer! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

Wonderful stay for 2 months!

This property and the people that manage it are amazing! The location was perfect for me. The hosts were extremely communicative, responsive, and easy to work with. The unit was very tastefully furnished. Everything was really great and easy. I'm so happy that I was able to find this location for my stay and these hosts will be the first people I think of the next time I am looking for a furnished place to stay in this area.
