Great home away from home

I stayed in this apartment for a year while interning at Utah Tech, and it was a great findespecially as one of the few furnished rentals in town. The 2BR unit was spacious, comfortable, and nicely decorated, with everything needed to feel at home. The kitchen was small but fully stocked with cookware and appliances. The location was idealanywhere in St. George was within 10 minutes. Utilities were included during my stay, which made things much easier. The owners were helpful and responsive, even adding lighting to the outdoor stairwell upon request. A couple of tips: If you're a light sleeper, earplugs may help as the backyard roosters start early. Also, wear slippers at nightArizona bark scorpions occasionally appear indoors.

Comfortable Location

I stayed at this location for 5 months and had an awesome and comfortable stay. The landlords are amazing and always available when any questions arise. Very cozy and quiet and great location. 1 minute to the interstate and close to everything. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! THANK YOU T and D, for an amazing 5 months!

Great Stay

I stayed here for 3 months and it was a very comfortable stay. The bed is super comfortable. Washer/dryer in unit was very convenient. I liked how there was driveway parking. It is also walking distance to local walmart and theres a park~1 mile away. Kind of far from center of town but very relative as nothing is more than 10-15 min away. Overall good communication with owner and check in and check out was easy! Would recommend
