Amazing experience!

Property was perfect distance to area hospitals (for travel staff). Owner gave great insight into area and was responsive to any concerns that cropped up during stay. I would highly recommend this cute little duplex! This was my first place to ever rent through FF, and it could not have gone more smoothly. I so appreciate the property owner, and would 100% stay again if the need arose! Extra things on this property not in the listing that made the experience so much better - bedroom is interior (no windows = no light or noise), access to security cameras covers every access point multiple ways and records all movement around the building, white noise machine present in bedroom for use by anyone who stays. Genuinely thoughtful owner went out of his way to provide safety and security, even when no one was present at the property. Truly a wonderful experience.

Lovely place!

Very nice and cozy place. Owner goes above and beyond to meet needs, bed is comfortable, large living room and kitchen. Comes with everything you need. Everything is new and well maintained. Theres security cameras everywhere I never felt unsafe. And is in a perfect location. Close to everything downtown. 100% recommend

Best property to rent in Indianapolis!

The apartment is absolutely spotless and perfect for a travel nurse whether you are working days or nights. You are only 1 mile from the downtown hospitals and I have never had an issue with crime or violence in the 11 months that I had been there. K is very attentive to your needs and will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. He truly cares about your safety and comfort and will look out for you. I would rent from him again without any hesitation!! Thank you K and your wife for renting to me this past year!! I hopefully will be back 1/2024.
