Place is not what I expected for the price

We booked the place hoping it would be decent for the $4,500 advance (rent + deposit), but we couldnt stay. The area was undesirablebusy street, gunshots at night, marijuana smell, and loose dogs, making it unsafe, especially for pet owners. The property was old, though the landlord tried to keep it tidy. Shared laundry was in a spooky basement. The place was hot, and the air conditioning was poor. The bed was comfortable, and the landlord was polite throughout, but more transparency about the place wouldve helped. We left after a week and havent heard if well get any refund. For this price, I dont recommend it. You're better off booking a hotel in a safer neighborhood.

I had a wonderful stay. The place was clean, comfortable and thoughtfully prepared. The location was conveniently located near the hospital l was working at. I will definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay

Can't say enough about T!! He is great host and very accommodating! You can message him about questions/problems and he is always willing to help. The property is equipped with the appropriate safety measures and cleaners at your request. I would definitely stay here again!

Great and Safe stay in Worcester!

While traveling from Florida for work it was great to find such a lovely stay. I was more than pleasantly surprised to find such a great furnished apartment. It had all the amenities and definitely felt like my home away from home. I never had any issues with the neighborhood or parking, it was also very close to the hospital I was working at which made it even better. The apartment was very clean and felt new. I would not hesitate to rent this home again. It also made it even better that T was such a welcoming and helpful host!
