Clean, Quiet Home on Acre of Land

You won't be happy here certainly if you're a lady

If you are an introvert, this place is not for you. This 72-year-old lady has walked into my room while I was laying in bed naked not once but twice in the second time I was asleep. You are only allowed to cook in the garage where she has a stove even when the temperature is this winter were 10°. She expects you to do chores around the house, even though we are tenants and if you don't, she will trash talk about you two other tenants. Myself and two others were miserable living there and couldn't wait to leave. Myself and the other two found out that she builds rapport with us by tearing other people down. She called me names behind my back to their tenants. One tenant paid three months rent in advance and she used him to fix the door and still trash talk to him. There's much more that happened, but I don't wanna sit here all day and complain.

Great stay

I stayed here while looking for my own place.This was a great stay,home was extremely clean and neat. Host was very attentive to any need that arose,shared places to eat things to see and do. Really enjoyed the country atmosphere and all it offered. I like to cook so the stove/oven in the garage was a plus,also had my fridge pretty much to myself on my stay. Would stay there again and again and I recommend you stay if looking for a great place.

Great stay

I was an intern at Nissan for three months in Franklin. My host was very welcoming and was great at maintaining communication. The room was very comfortable, and the house was kept very clean. I would recommend this property for your housing needs.
