Quiet location and yet very close to Woodmen / Powers for easy getting around. The house was basically new and the provided furnishings were good quality. We experienced an issue with the internet towards the end of our stay and the landlord was very communicative and got the ISP involved quickly (they ended up replacing the modem). The grassy area in front of the house is generally good for kids or pets to run around in. The HOA tends to overwater it, however, and with poor drainage it gets quite marshy.
This property offered everything I needed and more. It is literally "live in ready"; meaning I arrived with my suitcase and lived comfortably with all household essentials from day one until the end of my lease. Great location, friendly community and spacious living. I will definitely be returning.
