Perfect place to stay

I had a wonderful experience staying at Mariela’s property for about three months. From the very beginning, Mariela was an exceptional landlord kind, responsive, and genuinely attentive to anything I needed. She made the entire stay feel easy and stress-free, which is something you truly appreciate when you’re away from home for an extended period. The property itself is incredibly comfortable. It’s well-maintained, clean, and thoughtfully set up to make you feel right at home. Everything you need is there, and you can tell that a lot of care has gone into making the space welcoming and functional. The area is also a huge plus it’s vibrant, convenient, and has a great atmosphere. Whether you’re looking for places to eat, relax, or just enjoy the surroundings, everything is within easy reach. It really added to the overall experience.

Beautiful Home and Exceptional Host

Mariela’s place was nicely renovated and super clean. Her living room always had the most beautiful centerpieces that embodied the Cape Cod spirit, and they rotated decor once a month. The bedroom was spacious with room for a large desk, walk in closet, and lots of dressers. The bathroom was inside the room, and there was a laundry room in the basement, which was super convenient. As a female incoming junior doing an internship nearby, my parents were a little worried about safety, given I had no friends or connections there, but Mariela and her niece made me feel super safe and were the sweetest. They drove me around for grocery shopping since I didn’t have a car there, and she treated me like a daughter. The house is also located in a very central location, close to a shopping center, and the neighborhood is beautiful to take walks around. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a place in Centerville!

Best stay! The host is very welcoming and makes sure you have everything you need. M made sure she respected my privacy, but also made sure I wasnt lonely on holidays if I wished. I worked nights, and the room was PERFECT. Zero light. Highly recommend this room if youre considering it! Great neighborhood with your own parking spot, and 15 minutes from CCH.

Lovely home and person

Mariela is a wonderful host. Her home is in a very nice neighborhood. It is warm and inviting, clean, and nicely decorated.

Excellent Stay

Mariella was a great host I could not have asked more for my stay here. Property and room was just as advertised, house was clean, location was great just minutes away from the beach and everything that you would need. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Access to a beautiful backyard. Would recommend to anybody to stay here!
