Great 1Bed/1bath studio-ST PETE

Feels like home!

I absolutely loved my stay in this adorable studio. It has such a warm, homey feel and is thoughtfully designed with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The space is bright, beautifully decorated, and tastefully furnished, with a modern kitchen and a gorgeous, updated shower. Having my own washer and dryer and plenty of storage was such a wonderful convenience, especially for an extended stay. The location is fantastic - very central to everything St. Pete has to offer, while still being in a lovely, quiet, and safe neighborhood. And the landlord truly made the experience even better. She was wonderful, kind, and incredibly responsive whenever I had a question or needed anything. It was clear that she genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Overall, this little studio felt like a home away from home, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!

Perfect Experience!

I've been to several locations in St. Pete, and this property takes the cake. It's a wonderful property located around Old Northeast. The immediate local area is nice, convenient, and is great for someone who frequents Tampa, but still wants to live in St. Pete. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Beautiful and Comfortable

I spent a month here in January of 2024 and loved it. The apartment is well located, cozy and beautifully decorated. The landlord was great and very responsive. There is another unit below this one and I did notice that there was pretty much no sound proofing to the point that you could hear talking down there. Also, at the time I stayed here they used very scented cleaning products, so I had to air it out for a couple days when I first checked in. If you are sensitive to scents I suggest mentioning this when you book it. All in it was a comfortable stay and a great landlord.
