stayed here for a month and a couple weeks, Paul was very accommodating. the shower works well, the kitchen is fantastic and the aesthetic is very modern. would recommend

Redding Stay at 1120 N. Court Street

Modern, clean, comfy and cozy home (duplex) that made my 3 month stay feel more like home. Host is friendly and always accessible for any questions, concerns and even offered perfect suggestions for how to best enjoy my stay in Redding. The home is located just up the street from the Sacramento River which has a gorgeous walking trail that leads to Turtle Bay and The Sundial Bridge. Both are must sees! I was also 1.5 miles away from the hospital where I worked and enjoyed my walks from there too. The neighborhood was mostly quiet, the space was private and secure with coded entry at the front gate and to the home itself. The front yard was beautifully landscaped and was a perfect space to relax after a long work day.
