Great Location
I loved living here. The apartment is located 5 mins from Arkansas Children's Hospital, right next to the Museum of Fine Arts, and 2 min drive from SOMA. Randy is the sweetest, most kind landlord.

Little Rock
Loved my stay here! Apartment is very comfy, had everything I needed. All I really needed to bring was my clothes and food. R is very responsive and welcoming. Great location, had no issues finding parking on the street in front of the building. Neighbors are nice as well. Would absolutely stay here again if I ever come back to Arkansas!

LOVE This apartment
appsolutly love this apartment! the location is perfect! you are walking distance to amazing restaurant downtown and in the SOMA area. if you have a dog you are extremely close to a dog park and to this place called the Bark Bar. the apartment is beautiful inside and I love the little patio.

My first LR stay
R is a wonderful host! He put so much heart and soul into making this a homey environment. The bed is amazing and everything is updated and new. The neighbors are wonderful as well!
