Very nice and convenient stay near the hospital

I stayed her for 1 month while on a medical rotation at Hennepin County Hospital. It is 5 minute walk to the hospital which made life very easy. The apartment itself is very nice and had everything I needed. The electronics throughout the house are connected by Chromecast/Google home which was a cool thing to utilize. There are many great amenities in the building, pretty much all of which are conveniently located on your floor. Directly next to you is the gym and spa, which never caused excess noise as you might expect. There is also a business lounge, a club lounge, and an event room on your floor. I also spent plenty of time on the deck directly connected to the apartment porch. I cannot recommend this place enough. Yuan was very responsive and always kept me up to date on any work/closures within the building. 5/5.

Great downtown condo!

Perfect condo downtown with attached garage! I loved being right next to the gym and the sauna and hot tub! And able to walk outside and grill on the patio! Yuan was super responsive!

Beautiful apartment with cable two big TVs. Has a lot of kitchen tools, located next the building gym. Great building that'sconnected to the sky way. Yaun is a great and responsive host. Definitely a luxury stay.

Great Place close to hospital!

This place was great for me and my little dog! Close to the hospital and everything downtown! Easy walk or uber anywhere! Connected to the skywalk for those hot or cold days. As a single woman I felt pretty safe walking my dog and was able to walk to work as well! I loved staying here during my time in Minneapolis!

Loved it

This unit worked out perfect for me. I was able to walk to work. The building was safe and secure and for the most part, quiet. The gym is right next door so is very convenient, although loud at times. There is an option to purchase parking, underground or above, from a separate company. I chose underground which was a bit climate controlled and more expensive but was worth it to me. Although I never met Yuan in person, he is quick to respond to any questions or concerns and very easy to work with. I'd like to return in the future.

Fantastic stay

Stayed at this wonderful condo for a year while travel nursing. Located conveniently downtown with access to concerts, great food, parks, and connected to the skywalk! Condo is placed right next to the gym, hot tub, and sauna. Has a nice walkout deck to the pool. Only one neighboring condo. J is a professional, very prompt to all your needs. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Rental, Sad to leave

The place is everything that you could expect. The pictures are exactly what the place looks like and we were elated. It was perfectly located in downtown, 2 mins away from the Armory and 5 mins away from the Target (10-15 if you take the skyway!). We had an amazing time at this place and we were really sad to leave because it was the perfect place to live in. The floor in which unit is located in, has the gym next door along with the sauna and hot tub, as well as the event rooms making it the best unit/place to live in. Also, there is a skyway connected to the building making it very easy to walk to Target or other places within downtown, definitely had fun using it! The property manager was very nice and friendly. They answered all our questions, were flexible with start and end date, and even checked in on us halfway through our stay to make sure we were okay, this was very much appreciated. Thank you once again for letting us stay on your place!

Nice place!

Its a nice spot with easy access to the gym in the room next door. Y is very responsive and a very friendly host! I was working at Abbot Northwestern as a traveling nurse and it was only 10mins from there.

Great Property with a great location

This was a great find in a great location. The landlord Mr L was easy to deal with and always answers ASAP. Also gives great recommendations. I was there and worked at Abbott Northwestern Hospital. It was close and was easy access to the Hospital. The place has a balcony right out to the pool and grilling is available as well. There is a gym next door and also laundry that is a few doors down for use. Shopping is close enought that you can take the skyway. Also whats nice is the cable TV and that the place is furnished for whatever you would need. Also shower is always hot and has good pressure. In my eyes, this was a great find. For parking I recommend the underground parking, but to each its own. Either way you can't go wrong.
