Great property & location!

Spent months here and couldn't say enough good things about my experience! The property manager was very responsive and made the process easy + simple. The apartments are super well-furnished with taste and have all the amenities you would need to enjoy your stay. If the unit is facing the street you can expect some noise but the perks of walking out directly onto high street are worth it. Plenty to do and see in the area.

Great Location

Great location in proximity to plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, parks and stores. The apartment and building were both very well maintained. Rita, the property manager was friendly and made renting here a breeze. I would definitely stay here again if I ever take another try er Columbus contract.

A Great & Convenient Location

A great, spacious one bedroom apartment convenient located near a lot of walkable restaurants and nearby gooddale park, a great place for a long dog walk or run!

This property is amazing! Great location in a very walkable and vibrant neighborhood. Everything in this apartment was super clean and cozy. It comes with every amenity you could need from two televisions to linens, kitchen supplies, even paper products. R always responded promptly to any questions and was a pleasure to work with. I never felt unsafe, and you get parking in a garage practically next door to you which is so nice for a busy area with mostly street parking. After staying here for 3 months, I can't think of any complaints. Don't hesitate, rent this place. If I didn't have to leave for another contract, I would have loved to stay longer!
