Would rent again!!

I stayed in unit 2 and was very happy. Worked night shift and never had an issue sleeping during the day. The area is quiet and very close to literally everything! I worked at Baptist and the drive was about 10 mins. Costco, Walmart, Target, Kroger, the post office and McDonalds were within that 10 minutes. I believe the only issue was the internet, but it was always addressed right away and never interrupted anything of importance for me. There is a full size washer and dryer, fridge, and stove. The AC and heater worked great! Sheila is a wonderful landlord. Kept in touch through text, which I prefer, checked in after storms and even shoveled the drive and sidewalk up to the house!! Which was an added plus! I, coming from AZ, was a little worried about the weather there, but it was doable!! She was great and even left me a birthday gift, which was an added bonus, being away from family! 5 stars all the way!!!!

Bad experience!

I've been a traveler for 4 years and I have NEVER had an experience as poor as this one. I see a lot of good reviews on here so I'm not sure why I had such a bad experience. On the day before my move out she called and asked me to move my stuff out because she had someone wanting to look at the apartment even though that was not yet my move out day. She let the door code expire while I was in the process of moving my things out before move out Time and I ended up having to wait over 6 hours leaving countless voicemails and texts before she would respond and so I could get the rest of my things and I DID NOT RECEIVE ONE APOLOGY. I have been trying to contact her because i moved out the end of August and this is now October and I STILL have not received my security deposit. I always paid rent on time, was never disruptive, and left the house in good shape (have videos). She was just very unprofessional and I will NEVER book with her again or recommend her to anyone!!!!

Safe and serene

I can't give this property 10 stars but I would. The owners are professional and friendly from beginning to end. Very clean and quiet area. Had everything I needed. Text the owner with small issues, fixed immediately. Able to get my packages safely and quickly. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks.

nice a quite for night shifters

Very charming 2 bedroom and 2 1/2 bath. The blue bedroom is the darkest as far as sleeping during the day. Very close to food, shopping. I lived the little bar the golden nugget. Also krogers is only mins away. I worked at Baptist and it was only mins away as well. Tva in all the rooms they are all large and have some apps already working which honestly was enough for me. Enjoy!!

This is a great place to stay, I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice, quiet neighborhood, the hosts were very professional and helpful. Anything that needed attending to was taken care of right away. I worked night shift and had no problem sleeping during the day, the neighbors were friendly. I definitely would stay here again.

Quiet area

I enjoyed my stay here. The neighborhood was very quiet. I had no issues. I worked at Baptist health, and the commute was <10 mins. The few times I had to contact the homeowners, they responded quickly. Would recommend.

Ill recommend!

Its my first gig as travel nurse, and all went well. This house is close to my workplace, safe and affordable. All I needed was there, laundry machine, cooking set and parking space. The neighborhood is quite and safe, except for one instance, someone steal my Amazon package, so make sure you tell them to deliver it in person or hide it. The owner was easy to talk to and responsive, they even clean the pathways during snow season. This house makes me feel safe, well rested and feels like home! And lastly I make friend with my roommate there! Ill recommend this property!
