Great place & landlords

The place was great. It's a basement unit, landlords live upstairs. Unit is furnished nicely and comfortable & clean. Kitchen was supplied with everything you need. Bedrooms & bathroom are a great size for me. Loved that it has a washer & dryer in the unit. A plus is off street parking. I felt safe walking around though the neighborhood both early morning and evenings. Location is close to shops, grocery stores & restaurants I highly recommend this place. Bill & Tyson are fantastic landlords.

Comfortable and convenient apartment

This was a great apartment for me in my transition to living in Colorado, and the landlords are really the best. They resolved any issues immediately, and they are always welcoming and friendly. You might even get to enjoy some of the tomatoes from their garden! For being a lower level apartment, it gets nice light and I was able to grow houseplants all year round. The kitchen has good counter space and the fridge is huge. I loved having a second bedroom as my office and where family and friends could stay and visit. The neighborhood is also quiet and perfect for going for walks and runs. Its also convenient to a King Soopers, Target, Costco, and lots of other shopping. It was also very convenient for my job because I worked at one of the hospitals thats just a 5 min drive away. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here!

Great value, great house, great landlord!

My husband and I stayed here while we were getting to know the city and house hunting. The unit is part of a duplex, with you living in the private basement and the landlord, B, living upstairs. The home has everything you would need from furniture and cooking utensils to two parking spots-- we were never in need. And if we ever had a question or concern, B was super easy to contact and always responded promptly. We also loved that it was only a 15 min walk from the Englewood lightrail station, bus stops on S Broadway, and the S Platte River Trail (5 min on bike). Our large parakeet was also allowed to stay with us and B was very accommodating with that. Overall, I would stay here again if I needed another long stay accommodation and I have no complaints about the home. If you're looking for a 2 bed that's quiet, safe, close to public transportation, and that has a great landlord, you'd be hard pressed to find a better value than this! I highly recommend staying here.
