Great Stay & Easy Communication
The home was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. It was fully furnished and had everything I needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. Bonnie was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout my time there. She addressed questions promptly and made the process smooth overall. The location was also convenient and felt safe, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable short-term rental.

Cozy and comfy living!
Bonnie's place was so clean and smelled amazing upon arrival. My dog and I really felt so cozy and safe while we were here for my travel assignment! She's very good with communication and handles any issues that may occur! If you're taking a Little Rock assignment, i highly recommend Bonnie's unit!

Nice, safe property with everything you need. Mrs. Bonnie is the best! She always responded quickly to any needs and was so helpful! She went above and beyond when I extended my contract and needed a new rental after a 6 month stay at her property. I can't praise her enough!

Super pet and renter friendly property!
I stayed in this cozy apartment for almost a year with my cat. Its very difficult to find somewhere that is willing to accommodate both you and your pet, but B was phenomenal! She was very responsive if you needed anything done, and even gave my cat a present that she still loves and uses every day! I didnt want to leave, but if I do come back- I know where I want to stay! Such an awesome first time traveler experience!

Perfect for night shifters
B is a great landlord. Quick responses. And there is no delay in repairs. I wish there were more like her. This particular unit is perfect for night shift. Dark and stays cold.

Convenient comfy stay
This is a great property and well maintained. In a safe quiet neighborhood with adequate parking. B responds quickly to inquiries. She stocks the apartment with all essentials to get you settled without having to run to the store for supplies, shes very thoughtful and accommodating. The apartment is roomy and all I needed for my stay. Its very convenient to shopping and the highways. Ill recommend to other travelers and would stay again should I come back to LR.
