Perfect Bungalow in Quite, Friendly Historic District
When I moved to Denver, I wanted to rent a place before buying - never did I suspect that I would want to stay in my rented house forever. The house, yard and location were perfect in every way. The house was clean, well furnished, had wonderful artwork, had an enclosed carport for the winter months, and it was stocked with everything I could possibly need. The yard made my dog happy as he was able to say hello to all the neighbors walking by. There is a covered patio in the back yard and the south-facing front porch with a rocking chair - both of which I made much use of. And the location was so great I ended up buying a house nearby. I loved having City Park practically in my back yard, being in a quiet historic neighborhood, and being able to walk to local coffee shops - and yet at the same time have everything within an easy drive. I have recommended this place to friends as not only was the house perfect, the owner is a delightful human - pleasant, helpful and very responsive.
Lovely house!
We are staying at Clive's place from summer to early Fall; it's a super lovely historical home with modern amenities. I find Clive's taste of art is amazing, full of little details around the house. Location is easy access to everything in Denver within a 30 min ride. Trees in both front and back yards, adding natural touch to the stay. I'd recommend this place for single person, couple, or small family. Dog friendly too. Clive is also easy to communicate with.
Lovely Home!
What was supposed to be a 3 month stay turned into a 10 month stay because of this home. We loved our experience due to the wonderful amenities and the perfect location. It was the perfect size for two people and two pups in a great neighborhood of Denver in which we were all able to enjoy. The living space was vast, as was the fenced-in backyard. Perfect office space for those who work remote. A quick drive to various hospitals for healthcare workers. The park near the house was beautiful throughout the year, and the location of the house was a quick scoot ride from RiNo district and downtown. The owner was always quick to communicate and made our stay as comfortable as possible.
Super cozy spot
C the owner of this property was excellent with communication and very flexible! He was so kind to let my husband, my dogs and I stay for a travel assignment in Denver. The house was a great size for us with an updated kitchen, 2 comfortable queen sized beds and large sized fenced in yards. We found multiple cafes within close walking distance and easily walked to Rino from this home as well. This place is a gem and we would absolutely stay there again if we traveled back to Denver.
