The Best Stay Ever

Kathy and Bryant were the best hosts ever. They greeted us and made this home truly feel like home. Rizzo and Kinickie were amazing hosts as well (The best dogs). Everything was clean and well taken care of. The home is beautiful. It will always smell good, they are great cooks! They are amazing! If we’re ever in the area again, we will definitely check if this home is available!

Great Stay, Even Better People

This was easily the best place Ive stayed. The home was consistently clean and located in a peaceful, safe neighborhood. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the space always felt calm and welcoming. With my early work schedule, leaving before sunrise was never an issue. Parking was always easy and stress-free. I had my own bathroom that was always well maintained, plenty of fridge space, and everything I needed during my stay. Kathy and Bryant were genuinely kind and thoughtful people respectful of my schedule but always friendly. We had great conversations, and they even surprised me with some food from time to time. I also loved the dogs and basically became best friends with them ( shoutout to Rizo) . This stay felt like more than just a rental, and I know I'll keep in touch well beyond my time there. Id happily stay here again if I ever get back to Ontario.

Like a second home

Definitely the best long term stay I have ever had. The entire house is immaculately cleaned on a a regular basis. Its in a very quiet neighborhood. The bed is amazing. I always felt so comfortable there. I would come home at very odd hours sometimes because of my job and there was never an issue. Always had easy access to my room which was close to front door. Theres never any problem with parking, the entire street is basically vacant. I was usually the only one parked on the street. I had my own restroom and shower which was also kept perfectly clean at all times. K and B were always very welcoming but always gave me my space when needed because I worked crazy hours and sometimes needed to sleep in till noon. I had all the fridge space I needed. I never had to want for anything. I Would definitely recommend to anyone and will definitely stay here again when I return to Ontario.

Lovely home. New lifetime friendships

Such a beautiful home in a safe, well kept neighborhood. People outside walking their dogs, park nearby where families are seen playing together. Close to shopping and restaurants. K and B are such kind people, always going above and beyond, putting others above themselves on a daily basis. Its apparent how much they love one another and that spills out in their daily life. They invited me to church with them, and I loved it! They took me to dinner, shared pizza night with me, made fresh orange juice from my fresh grove oranges! This was my first time renting only a bedroom and bathroom. It seemed so strange and I have a hard time feeling safe in new places, but never once felt unsafe in their home or the general area. I would definitely stay here again and we are now friends for life! Thank you for all youve done for me. Youll never understand how much your presence and home meant to me during this time in my life.

0 out of 5 review. I would not recommend staying in this house to ANYONE. Privacy is very limited. K went through my things on multiple occasions. The bedroom doors do not have locks. There are multiple cameras. I felt as if I was being watched constantly due to text messages and comments I would receive from K. Overnight guests are not welcome. The room upstairs was hot and I had to start sleeping with the window open as it was cooler outside than inside. I did voice my concerns about the temperature. I told K and B I wanted to find other living arrangements to better accommodate myself. After this, I received messages from K that made me feel apprehensive. Verbal agreement to be prorated if I chose to move out before the lease date ended was not upheld AFTER I had already moved my things out. Prorated amount that should have been returned to me was ($1,000). I moved out as soon as I could due to the text messages I received from K and no longer felt comfortable in the house. As a person that comes from a very healthy family with an abundance of love and support, I have not encountered this situation before. AVOID.

Property Review!

The dates I have stayed at this location should say enough! This was my first assignment traveling as well as my first time in California so I did not know what to expect. I was skeptical and scared at first but things unfolded in the best way possible. When I arrived I was greeted with open arms and a couple with such positive energy that immediately, I felt comfortable. The neighborhood is new/modern and safe which adds that extra sense of security, especially for those who work overnights. One of the best parts of the stay was the great doggos that greet you every day. I must say I do miss those dogs (Rizzo, Zucco, and Kinickie). The home is very well taken care of and clean which is a plus. Reiterating what was said in the beginning, I loved the place so much and the people that I kept extending my contract for a total of 7 months. I cant thank K & B enough for such a wonderful experience that I will take with me for the rest of my life!!!

Home away from home! :)

K and B are two of the most amazing people I have been so blessed and fortunate enough to encounter. They truly have hearts of Gold! I was very blessed to stay with this lovely couple for a little over 2 months and they made my transition into this new place one I can never forget. They welcomed me with open hearts and were so kind, accommodating and made me feel as if I were at home.The oh so beautiful and extremely clean home is a new built in a beautiful, safe very new community in Ontario Ranch.The neighborhood has a beautiful gym, pool, basketball, tennis court and lounge. About 3 mins from a grocery store.and lots of restaurants,entertainment nearby! The lovely couple as their 3 precious fur babies Zuko, Kinickie and Rizzo they are super sweet, friendly doggies that will melt your heart! All in all I cant express how greatly thankful I am to K and B, Im so sad to go but Im glad to know that anyone who stays with them will be so lucky as I was! :)
