Good space in CBus
This place is a close, convenient spot to many places! Close to the hospitals, just under a mile walk to campus, and easy to get to many restaurants/breweries. I stayed here for 6 months and felt safe while being there and while walking around the area. Street parking is always readily available. Eli is a great host!

Convenience in Cbus
This place was wonderful to stay in. Very close to all major hospitals which was a big deciding factor being a travel nurse. Would highly recommend!

I recently stayed at this property for 9 months. Hands down the most recommendable property. Very close to food, groceries and local hospitals. For the most part it was quiet and very safe. I give this property 5 stars.

perfect for travel nurses
the location is perfect for those working at osu/the james. we were able to ride the bus to work or walk on nice days instead of paying exorbitant garage fees. the property is in safe, quiet, and in a very walkable neighborhood while also being close to EVERYTHING. the beds were comfortable and the place was so cute! the property owner is very accommodating and an absolute pleasure to work with. 12/10 would stay again.

Absolutely Delightful!
This is hands-down one of the best apartments Ive ever rented!!! I loved living here for almost an entire year, and would certainly jump at the chance to stay here again if I ever take another contract at OSU. Very light and airy, with ample space to spread out and relax after a long shift and on days off. Very nicely furnished and so comfortable! Fully equipped kitchen made it especially easy to feel right at home, and the upstairs corner office with big (protected) southern and western facing windows was one of my favorite spots to get work done. Duplex is located within super-easy distance of downtown without being too close to the noise of college student areas. Additionally, the owner E was very kind, and the property manager, N was a joy to work with! She communicates well, is extremely accommodating, very conscientious about privacy, and is someone Im pleased to remain in touch with even though Ive moved halfway across the country!!
