Lovely 2 Bedroom Conveniently Located Near...

I loved living here in this 1 bedroom apartment for my 3 month travel assignment. J and his wife were very attentive. They made everything so easy from check in all the way to check out. I loved this place too because it was so close to the hospital I was working at. I could do a quick 5 min drive to the hospital or I could walk it in 15 mins and the neighborhood was safe. The kitchen was perfect for cooking, The bed is super comfortable and it is perfect for sleeping if you are a nigh shifter. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, You can easily walk to downtown and explore what Winston-Salem has to offer. I also loved how you are so close to everything with grocery stores and workout facilities. The place has an Amazing shower, the water pressure is perfect and you can use the rainshower overhead or use the the moveable hose. I also liked the large laundry room that has a washer and dryer in the unit. This place truly is a gem and if I could I would live there forever. Great space

J**** and A**** were the most helpful, proactive property managers my wife and I have yet to experience while travel nursing. Every need was met, and they constantly work to maintain and improve the property. The property itself is pristine, it has all the furnishings you will need, and it is located in a neighborhood that is perfectly placed both for commuting to the hospital and for experiencing all of what Winston-Salem has to offer. If you are looking for a place to call home while on assignment, look no further. You're not only getting a quality place to stay, but quality people who will work to make your time there as comfortable and safe as possible.

The apartment itself was beautiful, the neighborhood was clean/quiet/safe. Overall, I had no complaints during my time here. The neighbors were quiet, I had no problem sleeping throughthe day as a night shiftworker. The location was pretty central to where I felt I could get to anything I wanted within 10 minutes and the hospital parking garagewas onlyabout a 3 minute drive. J is extremely responsive and lets you know of anything that will be going on at the property or anything in the area that may pertain to you. Would highly recommend staying here!

This apartment was super cozy with great outdoor space. The entire space is very spacious! And the location is PERFECT! Very quiet, close to Wake Forest Baptist, close to Downtown! I did experience some humidity issues, but J was quick to address it and fix the matter. He was the best landlord! Very responsive and makes sure to keep you in the loop. I had a very comfortable stay here!

Great property. Beautiful decor. Awesome landlords. Awesome location within the city. This property is great for travelers. I absolutely enjoyed my stay here. 10/10 recommend.
