Awesome property & great value
Nicely decorated, pristine house in a centric neighborhood. Walking distance to lots of amenities (public library, Target, Sprouts, Ralph's, Lowe's, Starbucks, and several other stores). The neighborhood is residential and I always felt safe during my daily walks both early in the morning and the evening. The house is spacious with three bedrooms and a big nicely kept yard. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a big eat-in area. The decor is tasteful (Midcentury) and functional. Finally, the host is a kind, reasonable, and fair person, who always strove to ensure we had the best experience as tenants and quickly addressed any minor maintenance issues that came up. I highly recommend this property, without any reservations!
The best place I've ever lived!
I stayed here for a month and this home was completely amazing - the pictures don't quite do it justice. The beautiful backyard and patio were quite possibly my favorite part. The house is very, very spacious and will exceed all of your expectations, just as it did mine. It is located in a fabulous part of town that is close to restaurants and fun things to do. I felt very safe here, and the house has an alarm system. The fantastic landlord is an added bonus! She always has a smile on her face and has tons of great recommendations for wonderful things to do and great places to eat. Additionally, she is very attentive to your needs if you have any special requests. Both the house and landlord carry amazing energy in general, and I could not recommend this place more! It is, without a doubt, the very best place that I have ever had the privilege of living!
Gorgeous LARGE property with great owner
The owner has created a truly beautiful space with stylish decor. The duplex is very spacious and you get the backyard and pool to yourself, minus the person that comes regularly to clean the pool. The owner is very responsive with any issues or concerns (of which we had very few). Plenty of street parking in a terrific and safe neighborhood. I loved walking my dog and admiring the homes and gardens. The place is walking distance to many stores and two Starbucks and also not toooooo far away from major freeways (but you can't hear them at all). I would stay here again. This is a place where you feel at home!
Loved our Stay!
Our stay was wonderful. A "Home away from Home" just like the ad described. A unit like this where we are from in NYC would cost a fortune. Love the interior decoration, space, yard, and the neighborhood. I was very close to Cedars Sinai and Kaiser Hospital WLA. My sister was able to get to Silicon Beach in 25 minutes. I hope this unit is available when I return in the summer. Highly recommened. A+++
