Highly Recommend

We loved living here. Not only is R very responsive, personable, and attentive, but made us feel at home. Everything in the unit was clean and well maintained. It is super close to all the main areas in Charlotte (7 min drive) and the dog park is a short walk away, which was great for us and our pup. The whole complex is very quiet so I was able to sleep during the day for my night shifts while my partner was able to comfortably WFH.

Great stay

I stayed here for 6 months. The apartments are very nicely decorated and the beds are comfortable. The location is perfect. Close to uptown with a greenway right down the street. I loved staying here. The owner is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Nice and close, great neighborhood for running.

Our landlord was great. He reached out to us during a housing request. We really enjoyed the location. We were walking distance from many restaurants, a bus line, a lovely park and dog park. I felt comfortable running in the evenings and in the morning. PF is about a mile away and we felt comfortable running there too. This apartment was well appointed in the kitchen which is always a plus for us as we are avid cookers! We would have stayed had we been renewed. 10-15 mins from work at Presby.

Great apartment, location, and management!

My partner and I have been traveling and exploring the C's to find where we might want to settle down and this property was perfect for our visit to Charlotte! The owner was very responsive and kind and was willing to give lots of great suggestions on activities and restaurants in the area. The apartment itself was just what we needed! The king size bed was great, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and the living area was cozy with a pull out couch! The location was perfect - we were able to walk to the football/soccer stadium and had many local restaurants and walking trails nearby. Having a gated parking lot and keyless lock systems made us feel very safe and was very convenient! Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Charlotte!

Awesome place and landlord

Not only is this place awesome, but the landlord is just as good. Building is in great shape. Cameras that monitor the property 24/7. Gated parking. GREAT location. Walk to a park in 2 minutes. Can walk to the baseball stadium and the Panthers football stadium. The landlord is attentive and responsive. Cant say enough good things about this place. Will be the first person I call if back in Charlotte on contract.
