Everything we needed

T's place was great for our last 4 weeks in Colorado. He was one of the most considerate hosts we've worked with. The unit had everything we needed. He was so thoughtful with what nurses would want in their house. From blackout curtains to a fully stocked kitchen, a working printer any amenity we'd want. It's like he had supplied it before we could even think of it. The property is beautiful. The garden, back yard, location T's dog. We loved it all. If we come back to Denver we definitely will be staying at T's again. Thank you so so much!

If you're looking for a short commute with a great property owner, this is the place to be! Even tho we lived in a completely separate unit, we still shared a building, with T and C (the sweetest dog!) where they did live above us, and we had absolutely no noise complaints with them. Working night shift, no issues with no noise complaints was a huge deal!:) T was always very responsive and eager to help out in whatever ways were needed! He also grows an amazing garden and would share the produce with us as well. At this location you are close to a quaint neighborhood with nice walking trails and the best ice cream and trendy shops at Stanley Marketplace! If you will be working at Anschutz's Medical Campus, I highly recommend taking the northern route, instead of the main road because you get spectacular Mountain views on the way home! Living here you get the perk of a short commute to work and having a great property owner who also becomes a friend!:)

Sweet Setup

Excellent short term rental. Clean and convenient- although a small space, well utilized. My husband and I fit comfortably during our stay. I worked an assignment at Rose Medical Center- just a 10-15 minute drive with little traffic. First, the backyard was SPECTACULAR! Perfect for quiet mornings and lazy evenings- plenty of space to lounge and enjoy the garden areas. We loved searching for zucchini and other surprises! T was an excellent landlord and upstairs neighbor as he was always very friendly and accommodating, sharing with us events and activities around the area. Cali was the sweetest pup- we really enjoyed her greetings and playing catch from time to time. Also, the property is a short walk from a large park with lots of paved walking/running trails which we utilized frequently. There was a lot to do in the area as far as entertainment as well, all within walking distance. We felt safe and comfortable in this rental, and would definitely recommend the stay!

Great! Would stay again! Plenty of space in the unit and has everything you need. T is a fantastic landlord and really cares about his space. The shared space in the backyard is perfect to sit out and relax after work. Three months flew by living here.

Amazing stay

This property was an awesome place to stay! My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 months and worked at UC Health. The location of the house was convenient, and downtown Denver was only a short drive away. I felt very safe living on this property. There is a locked gate and door to the basement. The owner, T, became a friend of ours and was the best host we have ever had. He was always kind and helped us with anything we needed or asked for. Cali, his dog, was a sweet dog. We enjoyed their company a lot. The unit was very clean and organized. There is a lot of space and everything we needed was included. I would definitely live here again and would recommend it to anyone!
