We live approximatly 3.5 miles (5-10min) from Avila Beach, 1.5 miles (5 min) from the 101 and 8 miles (14 min) to downtown San Luis Obispo. We live on a private drive that is very quiet and private. You cannot see any other houses from the space. The climate is coastal and temperate.
