Pleasant little neighborhood, its pretty quiet with a blend of elderly and young families. There are nice little walking trails and parks nearby, as well as my favorite paddleboard lake less than 10 minutes away. There is a bus stop .3 miles away.
Highly recommend - Quiet, Cozy, and Safe
This is a wonderful private space with your own bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and walk in closet as a subunit within the owners condo. You have your own entrance as well as windows both in your room and bathroom. It is very well-designed and thoughtfully laid out, particularly the kitchen which has all the appliances you need. I was a student while living here and found it very quiet to study, and also enjoyed using the patio and community garden if I wanted some outdoor study time. The owner, Tiffany, is delightful, considerate, and very helpful. I was incredibly fortunate to find this rental, one - because of the lovely and cozy space itself, and two - because of the owner Tiffany and her efforts to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The condos are conveniently located on a bus line, 269, which can take you directly to Issaquah Highlands Park and Ride to transfer to other major bus lines. I also enjoyed running, paddle boarding, and biking in the area, and found the whole community exceedingly safe. I highly recommend this rental!
Tiffany Rocks!
I got very lucky finding this place. T is extremely warm, kind and welcoming. She is very considerate and will make sure that your stay is comfortable--she'll check in with you to make sure she's not being too loud (she never was). She's very chill and will respect your space. I can honestly say I got a new friend after staying here. The space itself is very comfortable with a nice private bathroom with tub/shower, big main closet, additional smaller closet, comfy bed, and private entrance. It's in a quiet area and the neighborhood is mostly small families--never heard blasting music or any loud street noises. Gated area at night and I was never worried about break-ins. Lots of trails and nature access nearby. Issaquah is a nice size and away from the bustle of Seattle but still very accessible if you want that. I can't recommend this spot enough and, as a travel nurse, I have stayed in many places--plenty that I couldn't wait to get out of. Stayed for a year!
