Way Beyond a 5 Star Rental

Home is secluded, quiet , and gated. A beautiful enclosed patio with BBQ and seating faces the Catalina Mountains for spectacular views. Inside holds contemporary/industrial open concept kitchen/dining/living room, open to a wall of windows. The kitchen hosts an enormous black granite island topping white cabinets. Very well stocked with high end cookware and utensils. Also a stacking LG W/D. The living room/dining room hold custom furniture that fit the space perfectly. An enormous bedroom hosts a king size bed with plenty of storage. Wall of windows continues into the bedroom with black out curtains. Outside,the yard had citrus trees for picking, a garden for making delicious salads and more. Close to the mall, shopping, and a few minutes to downtown. The bath has a walk-in shower with frosted glass wall that adds to its uniqueness. K is the world's best host. Available 24/7. He goes above and beyond to make your stay the best! Way beyond 5 stars!!!!!!

The Black Door

I had an enjoyable stay here, the landlord was a wonderful host and was always attentive to my concerns or requests. There was plenty of space to spread out and the patio was an incredible space to chill out at night. There was a great selection of shopping and restaurants nearby, including a very nice indoor mall. I enjoyed my time here.

We found this little gem to be warm, welcoming and stocked with everything needed. Secure, private and quiet with perfect evenings on the covered porch to watch the Catalina Mountains as the sunset. Landlord was awesome meeting any needs.
