I would not go back

Cute apartment, good location, allow pets, comfortable, small TV. Things I wish I would have known prior to moving in : 1) lower level, under main home, side doorway off downhill road, entry has few stairs, no handrails. 2) there are a few plates, plastic glasses, a couple of pots and pans and things but not a complete kitchen set up for cooking daily meals. 3) Tenants above include 2 adults, 2 small children and 3 large dogs, the ceiling is paper thin and can clearly hear everything above. They are not friendly and you have to walk up the hill to the front of the house where their garage is located to bring out your garbage. Their dogs howl all day and night when they're not home. 4) if you complain to the landlord about the noise she'll tell you to leave or get earplugs 5) I did not feel welcome and I would not recommend this apartment unless you have small children and don't mind noise, like big dogs and no issues with living and parking on downhill street.

Great stay

D was very accommodating and her communication was great, quick to respond. Great that she allows pets, cats and dogs, not many landlords in the area do the same. Very nice to stay with, had a great time in Monterey.
