Friendly, comfortable space

Friendly, chill landlady. Lovely country setting away from the city noise yet close enough to be convenient to all the city offers. Comfortable, clean room. Large house. Indoor pool and treadmill. Nice accommodations. I work at U of Iowa hospital. It's about 8 miles away.

AWESOME place to live ??

I am very comfortable here. I enjoy the environment! Even though the owner lives here, we all work together to solve problems and every effort is made to ensure the comfort of the renters. It's been great fellowship and everyone is respectful of individual needs for sleep, with everyone on different shifts. access to the internet, washer and dryer, private bedroom. Upstairs three bedrooms shared. It's working well. Downstairs basement bedroom is bigger, a private bathroom, nice space. Owner is so kind, considerate, and cares about all of us. Truly, a home away from home.

Relaxing house in the country

This is a wonderful place to stay. There is plenty of room inside /outside to have alone time. S is wonderful and easy to feel comfortable around.

Great country setting, close to everything!

This is a lovely home and a fantastic landlady. The house is well kept and the surrounding countryside is beautiful. The location of home is close to all modern conveniences while still living in the country.
