Too many little inconveniences for the price

This property presented with too many inconveniences that ultimately added up, leading it to be a negative experience. The biggest issue was the AC & wifi. There is AC in the house, but no thermostat in the unit and it is controlled by the upstairs tenants, who are very kind & willing to help accommodate. I don't think it should be on them to make me comfortable though. 10/10 times the nights were too hot and humid to get a good night's rest. I worked nights so sleeping into the afternoon was also very hot. I always needed 3 fans close to me and pointed directly at me to get little relief. Also, somehow with the door/windows shut, flies would appear out of nowhere. The listing says high speed wifi, but the Roku TV always cut out because of network issues & the wifi only worked decent half the time. I do web design as a side gig and having to wait over 2 minutes for every page to load made working unbearable. There was also no cleaning fee listed but $125 was collected from my deposit.
