Great Experience
I had a great experience staying at this property. There was plenty of street parking and the property is quite close to downtown Dayton. The owners were always kind and quick to respond, and they went above and beyond to ensure a satisfactory experience.

Business Travel
This is a very relaxing apartment that I'm standing in and it's quiet with no outside noises and disturbances and everybody here is very professional in the area. It's close to a lot of stores malls and very safe neighborhood. My rental managers are extremely nice and have been very nice to work with and, if there's a problem, they get right on it and get it fixed immediately.

Great place to stay that is close to everything!
I stayed at this property for 3 months and it was wonderful! It was close to everything and furnished with everything you would need! The landlords are very responsive and theyre for you if you need anything. I highly recommend staying here!

cozy place to stay for three months!
I stayed here for a contract at MVH, driving to work took 2 mins, which was very convenient. Also, its close to downtown Dayton and shopping places. The owners always answered when I asked them about certain things. This place has an old smell to it but its not bad. I really like that this unit was close to work and other places I had to go to, and its in a very safe location. Also has plenty of street parking.

Perfect walking distance to Miami Valley!
K and G are wonderful owners. They make sure you have everything you need. My contract was cancelled and they were flexible, kind, and understanding. Safe and cozy with a washer and dryer. You can walk to Miami Valley Hospital! Cute backyard for grilling and a smart TV. Close to grocery store and downtown. Very thankful for them and their hospitality!
