Light-filled 1-bedroom with Verdant Gardens - North Oakland / South Berkeley

Wonderful!!

This place is a gem! A first floor apartment with access behind a locked gate, the neighborhood is quiet and friendly so you will never feel unsafe. One driveway spot is included which is great! The yard surrounding the apartment is accessible through both doors and absolutely beautiful. The apartment is stocked with everything you need plus some! Plus, it's pet friendly! I highly recommend staying here!

Great stay

S's place was so nice and I felt like it was my own little apartment for the six weeks that I stayed there. It was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, had access to a gorgeous garden - good for morning coffees, and the most welcoming furry friend who came by every single day to hang out (miss you already, Pacha!!). Its a 15 min walk from the Ashby BART and there are some great food options nearby. S was super responsive and so sweet, always making herself available and generously inviting me to her private get togethers with friends. I look forward to staying here again in the future!
