Great stay
K was an awesome landlord, extremely responsive and accommodating. This property is spacious, clean, and updated. Even better than pictured. Its in a safe secluded neighborhood on a dead end road and walking distance to the Browns Point park. It is a townhome with only 1 shared wall and 2 car garage which was amazing. We never had a problem hearing any neighbors. If we come back to tacoma area, would 100% stay again! (10-15 mins to anything you can need-major grocery/target - federal way; and 20-25 mins to downtown tacoma. For more local things, there is a small market, brewery, and sushi spot in a strip mall 1 block over as well. )
