Codys apartment was perfect! We had such a great stay, it is so clean, in a great and safe location, and so well equipped for all of our needs. The greenway and local stores/restaurants were so convenient. Cody was great at communicating, and she was very responsive, we will definitely use again when we come back to visit Charlotte!

Best home away from home Ive ever had

My fiance is a travel nurse and I work remotely. Weve been traveling for almost two years now and Codys property has been my favorite by far. The home itself was clean upon rival, spacious, well stocked with everything one would need, and well decorated. It really does feel like a home away from home. I loved how close to the greenway it was, and it made for nice afternoon walks for my fiance and I. I truly dont think you can find a better location as movie theaters, shopping, restaurants, groceries are a literal 2-3min drive away. Cody is also a wonderful landlord who truly cares about your experience and stay. My fiance and I still keep in contact with her to this day just because we loved her so much. If you are looking to stay in charlotte, staying with Cody is an easy choice.

Great condo in fantastic location

We had a great stay at Cody's condo - the location is excellent (safe, clean area with lots of restaurants/stores) and the unit itself is well-furnished and had everything we needed. The amenities are also great with convenient greenway access and a pool as well. Not to mention the place was spotless when we moved in. There was some temporary construction in the condo complex during our stay and Cody went out of her way to check in frequently and make sure we were comfortable. She was very responsive with any questions we had. Would highly recommend!

Spent 15 great and relaxing months

The apartment is both cute and convenient (in terms of location). It is clean and comes equipped with about anything a person may need. In case there is anything lacking, the landlady is super quick to respond. She is a great communicator in that she never failed to pass along any communications that may be relevant to the tenant (any maintenance work, for instance, within the apartment complex).

Perfect stay!

Perfect apartment in a super convenient location! The apartment itself was cute, clean, and stocked well with anything you could need. Furniture was very comfortable too! Walking distance to many restaurants and the Park Rd shopping area. South End and Uptown are a quick drive (or uber) away. If you like to walk/run/bike, the greenway is literally in the backyard of the complex. C was very responsive to any questions or issues, really could not have asked for more. So glad we found this place! Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Quiet condo on little sugar creek greenway

Lovely, recently renovated condo with all the amenities that you should desire to feel comfortable, just like in your own home. Beautifully decorated in mid century style with lush white linens on two queen sized beds. Condo conveniently located off of the little sugar creek greenway that connects to freedom park and downtown. Also, within walking distance to some of charlottes best restaurants and night life. The owner was extremely attentive to all my needs respectful of my privacy. I highly recommend this condo. I give FIVE stars.

Great place for Travel nurses

My Fiance and I stayed here for a couple of months. C was quick to respond to any questions and the place was kept in great condition. Very close to a lot of activities/restaurants/bars. Would recommend it to anyone!
