This is in a great location close to lots of Lake Havasu events, restaurants, music at night and shopping. Building is very secure. Front door is lock at 8 PM automatically and unlocked at 8 Am. All other doors are key entry and garage you need a garage door opener. Hospital is about 1 mile away. Large living room, large kitchen and lots of storage. Waiting for someone to enjoy.

Great Location
Great location that is a 3-4 drive to the hospital. Neighbors are quiet, there's an elevator, and underground garage. Su is great and fast T responding back. It's literally your home away from home. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, towels, cleaning products, etc. There are bars directly across the lot so you can hear there music but that's with any housing near the area. I would request to stay here again if I ever was in the area on another travel assignment.
