Cozy and Cute!

First, let me say that Anju was great at communicating. Her and her family are respectful and kind. Their cottage is the perfect size for a studio and has everything one can need for a month to month rental. The A frame and exposed wood make the studio feel warm and comfortable, along with the practical furniture inside. Just about block from the house you can take a trail that leads to Alum Rock park which is awesome for daily walks/workouts. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

Great Experience

I'll echo the other reviewers sentiments. Well appointed property and wonderful owners. The ADU is quiet, in a very nice area, and has everything one might need. Owners are very responsive to needs, while also providing privacy. Highlights: Quiet property in East Foothills a few minutes from Alum Rock. Gated parking in large shared driveway. Solid wireless broadband internet, with dedicated router. Complimentary Xfinity TV. Good access to plenty of businesses in the vibrant mostly LantiX Alum Rock community. Lots of good options for food, groceries and other local services. Good access to trails for exercise. Large network of trails at Alum Rock park close by. Gigantic network of trails for those that venture over to Joseph D. Grant park. Great training opportunities for cyclists enthusiasts (Mt Hamilton is a worthy destination). Relaxing properly grounds adjacent to ADU and main house. Built in benches, fruit trees, beautiful walkways, etc.

Amazing experience!!

I cant say enough good things about my stay here. The cottage is exactly as the pictures show. Its in a very nice and safe location, quiet and peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle. Its the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long work day. The kitchen is stocked with all of the essentials and there were plenty of linens provided as well. The owners are truly wonderful, super welcoming and always made sure I had everything I needed. Theyre always available but allow for privacy at the same time. I would absolutely stay here again and again!

Perfect Cottage

I would give them 10 stars if I could. The cottage is PERFECT for one person-newly remodeled, immaculate with everything needed: washer/dryer, microwave, refrigerator, all the service and utensils and best of all a coffee maker! You can tell the owners took the remodel seriously, no corners cut-truly turn key. Internet access and cable is included as well. There is a loft above the main living space-everything is immaculate and in perfect working order. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet with gated parking. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and relaxing. The owners are INCREDIBLY gracious and responsive-some of the kindest people I have ever met. Being away from home was a little lonesome at first, but their kindness and support truly made me feel at home. So glad I was able to find the perfect place for my stay-I cant recommend this cottage and the owners highly enough. Stop looking and book this place if you can-its everything
