Summer 2026 Stay

I had a great experience staying at this property. The owners have done a great job fixing up the property and decorating it. It really felt like a home and had all the amenities and supplies you could want, especially in terms of kitchen tools and cleaning supplies. The owners also did a great job responding to any maintenance requests about the property. Any question was responded to almost immediately and usually someone was able to come address the question within the day. The location is a bit outside of downtown Pensacola, but if you are willing to drive it is worth it. You can be in downtown in about 10-15 minutes. You also have all the stores you might need within a 10-minute drive of the house in any direction. The neighborhood is also very quiet. Overall, it is well worth the stay!

Excellent Stay!

I absolutely loved this property! Christy and Dan were very helpful and responsive to any questions/issues. I felt very safe, the location wasn't noisy, and it was very clean and nicely decorated. It also came equipped with everything you need, plenty of cleaning supplies, towels, dishes/utensils etc. Not a far drive to the beach or downtown area either. I would stay again if I was in the area.

I highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking to stay in Pensacola! The location is perfect, and I loved all the furniture, kitchen utensils, and cute decorations that were provided. The owners were both really kind and gave me everything I needed. It was also safe and quiet. I enjoyed my stay here and highly recommend it!

This place was perfect! The owners are both so kind and provided me with everything I needed. The property was super nice, spacious, and well decorated. The neighbors were also nice and the neighborhood seemed safe. Great location, close to Davis Highway and Nine Mile, but still quiet and not much traffic. I highly recommend!
