Karin is amazing! Always available and very helpful. This was the perfect place to call home and only three blocks from my assignment. Karins place has everything you need and more. The bed is super comfy and dark if need be. Great location, close to everything and in a safe area.

Great stay and great location. Super close to some very good food and nice area to walk. Landlord was super friendly and responsive. The place has anything you would need and is super cute. Would definitely stay again

Super cute and cozy! Close to a few hospitals, within walking distance if it wasnt winter weather! Also a few blocks away from downtown full of dining and nightlife. K was very responsive and accommodating! I would 10 out of 10 recommend this place

Great hidden gem in downtown Bakersfield. Very close to downtown hospitals. Perfect location for a traveler without transportation. Lots of available Uber/Lyft to commute to work. Landlord very responsive in regards to any questions/concerns throughout my stay. Highly recommend.
