North Valley Town home (Centrally located)

This home is in a great location with restaurants, grocery store and a short bike to the boqsue nearby. Avery is amazing, she was always available to assist with any of my questions/concerns. The home itself was perfect for our stay, the half bath downstairs was an absolute game changer! Our pup thoroughly enjoyed the back porch and yard area as well as the near by park. The home is also about 10min drive from the hospitals which was a delight. We 10/10 recommend this home and would stay with Avery again in the future.

I absolutely loved staying here, probably one of my favorite homes I stayed at soo far. Avery was wonderful and very attentive. Both neighbors were wonderful and very friendly, sad to go but I would recommend staying here!

This was a great place to stay in the lovely North Valley. Close to several great restaurants, Los Poblanos Lavender Farm, Casa Rondena Winery, a grocery store, and best of all beautiful walking trails. The washer and dryer in the unit were a huge bonus. The property owner was super easy to work with and very responsive. We have moved away from Albuquerque, but if we ever needed a place to stay in Albuquerque, we would definitely stay here again.

This house was amazing! It had a great back yard for our puppy and is on a really quiet street. The owner is very helpful and easily reachable if needed. The neighbors around the unit are also very welcoming and friendly. Would recommend!!

This property is in a great location of Albuquerque! There are several trails for running, walking and biking and there is a grocery store around the corner. The community is a quiet community with parks on either side. The home was very clean and comfortable with good amenities for daily living. I had two small dogs and the yard was a perfect size for them. The host was very responsive and communicative. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again.

Beautiful home in a very convenient location to shopping, medical centers and entertainment. Landlord has gone above and beyond to make this a home away from home! Clean and comfortable. Quiet location makes it easy for night shifters to sleep during the day.

clean place. cabinets have no handles so watch your fingers, neighbors smoke cigarettes next door and it travels through the walls of course. owner is touchy about the bills, great location for grocery shopping. Last and most importantly, I think they have a problem with kids being there.
