We had a wonderful stay at Marcus' place. My wife worked at the Faulker hospital. So this location was perfect as she got to walk through the Arboretum (which is very nice) every morning to work. Which she really loved. I work from home and appreciated the desk that was provided in a nice sunny room. You're just a short walk to the orange line (you can also bus) which we frequently used which made it so easy to get downtown. There are also great restaurants close by and Marcus will provide you with recommendations. The house is on a nice quiet and safe street. The drive way is a huge plus if you have a car! Marcus was great about checking in and very responsive. We highly recommend this for your stay!! Thanks again for everything.

Wonderful apartment, terrific commute, next to massive park

We sold our house and lived here for 6 months after. It's a terrific apartment, well-furnished and comfortable. The neighborhood is safe. A huge + is the easiest commute I've had into Boston in 30 years: walk to Forest Hills, take commuter rail, and be in Back Bay or downtown in under 15 minutes. Or take the Orange Line, meaning you can get home without rushing to the rail schedule. The other huge + is the Arboretum. It's like a giant estate is maintained for you, with trails and hordes of special places. Walk through it to the Square for coffee at Square Root. Walk through it to Forest Hills. A truly special place. The Square has a bunch of very good restaurants, plus a market. If you have a car, it's very easy to get around this part of Boston, which is outside the worst city congestion. The apartment itself feels spacious, with 2 real BR's, and a full sized LR/DR. There are many seats. There is also a covered deck in back which stays dry in the rain. Great place. Highly recommend!

Lovely Stay!

This apartment was amazing respite for my family of four while our house was being renovated. While at face value it might seem like a small two bedroom, the layout of the apartment made it feel spacious and even included dedicated work space for my husband and I as we worked from home. The kitchen was well stocked with basic cooking supplies, and the closet space was super helpful for storage and things we brought from home. The location was super convenient. Walkable into the square and just a short distance away from the orange line. Most importantly the landlord was incredibly responsive and kind. You can tell that A and M really WANT you to enjoy their rental and want to make sure everything is as seamless as possible. It was hard to be away from home but this rental made it that much easier. Also - their pricing is very competitive (trust me I did a lot of looking) so don't let this opportunity pass you by!

Amazing!

I cant say enough nice things about M and A. They are super accommodating, respond very quickly, and were genuinely invested in how our stay was going/making sure we had everything we need. The house is a great location! Walking distance to bars/restaurants, and right next to an amazing park! We were in the Arboretum every day! I would 100% stay there again! We loved every minute!

Perfect Apt!!

My boyfriend, doggie & I stayed here for 3 months while I was on assignment at Brigham & Womens. We loved how much space the apartment had and the location couldnt be beat. It took me 10 mins to get to work & we could walk to nearby parks/shopping/coffee. My boyfriend WFH and the office setup was great being able to close the doors for meetings yet still have so much natural light come through. M was great about responding promptly and always fixed any issue that arose very quickly. We were so sad to leave and if Im ever in the area again I would def try to stay there again. Rent this place, you wont regret it!!

Can't beat location, apartment, or landlord

My family and I stayed for 3 months, and we were so impressed by the neighborhood, apartment, and M. The apartment is situated near great restaurants and a cute little downtown area. It also is 3 blocks from the Arboretuem- a 300 acre gem of park. You can't beat the location, My husband and I have remarked on numerous occasions that M is the best landlord we've ever had. He responded to every text or concern promptly and professionally, and we couldn't have had a better stay. We feel lucky to have found this apartment, and we highly recommend it.

Great Location!

Our six month stay here was exactly what we needed. M and his wife went out of their way to make our stay as easy as possible. They asked multiple times if we needed anything. The apartment is in an excellent location to many restaurants, shopping and public transportation. Having on-site parking is huge. If we had to have a complaint it would be the new mattress was very firm which we fixed with a mattress topper. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you M for everything!
