Amazing Experience

This cottage was our home for the past year and it has been amazing. The owners are very welcoming and respectful. My partner and I have had such a wonderful time here and are super sad to leave. The cottage is in a great location, safe neighborhood, and close to so many restaurants/bars. Parking is not an issue at all as there are so many open spots on the street. The cottage has everything you need from a warm fireplace during the winter months to a super refreshing AC for the summer months. The owners keep the cottage in stellar condition and we would 1000% do it all over again.

Second Family

This was such a good property. The landlords are such gems of humans ! Theyre so welcoming and sweet! The space is really nice. Its so much bigger than you realize. Ample walking around space. The fireplace was such a cute little touch and really made the nights cozy. Its really close to everything. About a 15min walk to breweries and street parking is sooo easy its never been an issue. Stayed here for a full contract and loved it. Definitely recommend!

Great Escape at Cozy Cottage

My spouse and I had a great experience at this location. It's a very well designed backyard home. Very quiet. Very clean. When we return to Seattle we intend to stay here again.

month-long stay in the cottage

We stayed here for a month and really enjoyed our stay. We would frequently walk to grab dinner at one of the local restaurants or drive the 5 minutes into downtown Ballard. Its also centrally located to some beautiful outdoor areas like golden gardens (10 mins) or green lake park (5-10 minutes). The location is really perfect. The cottage itself has everything we needed such as washer/dryer in unit, stove, dishwasher, etc. The unit is separate from the landlords home, so we didnt have any issues with things like privacy.

Heart of Ballard

This was a comfortable, quiet and convenient stay for my husband and me. We loved the walkability of the neighborhood. Great bakeries, coffee, breweries, grocery and other shopping near by (check out the Sunday morning Ballard Market!). K was a friendly and responsive host. We will look for its availability for any future stays.

This cottage is amazing! Im so happy that I stumbled upon it first while looking through furnished finders! I was very stressed about searching for a place over 2,000 miles from home but K and his family have been so wonderful! So far this has been a wonderful experience! The property has been updated and looks amazing! I cant recommend this place enough! K is very personable and friendly which makes it so easy to feel comfortable and at home here.
