I am an occupational therapist who lives alone with my cat, Rosa. The condominium is in a gated building located only six blocks from Audubon Park and four blocks from historic St. Charles Avenue. My condominium is a two-story unit with 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. The rental bedroom & bathroom are located on the second floor of the unit. The unit is fully furnished. I am only comfortable renting to women.
