Mid-Term Rental - Cute Studio Condo with View of Elliott Bay

Great hidden gem

This is a cozy cute little condo. Close to Safeway less than 10 minute walk. Trader Joe's is up the road about 15 minute walk or you can take the bus. 35 minute bus ride to HarborView drops off right in front of the hospital one transfer very easy to get to. The bus stop is less than 10 minutes away. The views from the condo are fabulous great sun that comes in. Nanakos is amazing and was great during our stay highly recommend this location.

Perfect places do exist

I'm a single woman with a small dog and I moved here from LA and lived here for about a year. I absolutely love this place. The location is perfect, walkable to so many restaurants and bars, movie theater, grocery stores, the space needle, Kerry park, Elliot bay and even the piers if you're ambitious. Theres a gym down stairs that I always had to myself in the early morning. Parking on the street can be tricky to find during certain times of day / night but you can pay extra for a secure spot. The space is perfect and feels bigger than it is and the view is incredible. The neighborhood is very safe and all the neighbors and their dogs are so kind and friendly. The laundry down stairs is clean and not packed. I didn't notice any noise that bothered or kept me awake. I'd even sleep with the windows open to hear the hum of the street noise and found it a bit quiet for my liking. I work remote and the internet was great. 10/10 recommend this place.

Peaceful Studio Conveniently Located

Perfect location convenient to Seattle Center/Space Needle, I-5, 99, and 15th Ave to Ballard. Cozy comfy studio with everything needed and peaceful view of Puget Sound to get lost starting into. Quiet secure building yet easy to go in and out of with garage access

Amazing Location and Views!

Nanakos condo was the perfect spot for my visit! Youre able to easily walk to the space needle/Seattle center and Climate Pledge Arena. The neighborhood is so pretty and very walkable. The view from the kitchen and living room/bedroom of Elliott Bay is unmatched. You can also see the Olympic Mountain range as well! Would definitely stay again!

Quiet, comfy stay

A cute and quiet studio to escape too after rough shifts at work. Really nice gorgeous views of the water, nice to watch the sunset while cooking. Has a AC unit for the summer! Great and responsive landlord.

Pleasant Stay

Landlord is very responsive with any questions I had, very helpful with trying to make sure I had a pleasant stay, and quiet environment which was great to come home to afters a day of work.
