Excellent property and landlord!

I rented this unit for several months a few years ago when on an assignment in Richmond. This property was amazing! It was very cozy and private. It was recently and very tastefully renovated and had all the the amenities you could ask for short of room service! The landlord, Gaynell, was very responsive and attentive and addressed any issue immediately. She was a fantastic and gracious host. If I ever need to work in Richmond again, I will definitely be checking to see if this apartment is available!

Absolute gem!

Cannot speak enough good things about this house and the landlord!!! My fiance and I absolutely loved living in this spot. Its incredibly traversable and well located to basically anywhere in Richmond that you want to go (in our experience, it was basically a 15 minute drive). The neighborhood is nice and quiet to allow good rest. There are restaurants and a park in walking distance. The space is very comfortable and spacious. The master bedroom bed is divine after a long shift. Communicating with the landlord was very easy and all my dealings with her were a breeze. Would never have left if our contracts werent up! Cant go wrong with this abode.
