Nice space, good management, close to lots of fun spots

I really enjoyed staying in this space. It's very small, but it has everything you need and is well kept and nicely decorated. It's close to Mount Tabor park and some cool little neighborhoods (SE Division, Hawthorne, Belmont, Laurelhurst) with lots of restaurants, bars, boutiques, etc. I felt safe and comfortable staying here and the landlord, J, was very communicative and helpful.

Tiny but Mighty

This lovely cottage is nestled behind the primary house in a beautiful backyard. Its a peaceful little oasis with its own outside space. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen allows you to make home cooked meals. The bathroom is clean and is separated by a beautiful sliding door. On cold mornings there is a nice little heater in the bathroom to get cozy while getting ready for the day. The best part are the kind neighbors and J the landlady. J is very responsive and gave me a safe place to live while I was preparing for my next job. I am very thankful for her kindness and I highly recommend renting this cottage!

Cozy Cottage

Really enjoyed this place while on my assignment, is small but mighty. Has all the things you need to live here and super safe and quiet. The laundry is shared with the house renters, but they are so nice and willing to help with anything you need. Parking is street parking, but never had an issue with my car being bothered. I will definitely be adding this to my favorites list for when I come back to work and need a place to stay. Landlord is also super helpful and responsive to anything you might need.

Cozy

This is a very cute studio with a full kitchen. Its small in general but there was enough storage in the closet, bathroom sink, and the shelf by the bed. I cook a lot so having a full kitchen was nice. Its a fairly new place so everything is brand new including the mattress which was very comfortable. I didnt have any issues washing clothes. Washer and dryer is shared with tenants of the main house. They are very friendly. Landlord is very nice and responsive to any question, needs, or concerns. Plenty of options for street parking. I enjoyed my stay.
