Best place ever

lived in this place for two years and one month, and it was truly an amazing experience. The room was cozy, comfortable, and felt like home from the very beginning. The landlord was absolutely wonderfulkind, understanding, and always helpful whenever I needed anything. I couldnt have asked for a better place to live or a better person to rent from. Im really grateful for the time I spent there and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming home.

A great first experience with furnished finder. Sam was super responsive and runs a clean operation. Geeat neighborhood is super convenient (10 minutes to everywhere in St Pete). The pool was clean and the room properly furnished. Suite was large enough for dedicated bed space, work space, and yoga space. (Seriously, the room is huge). Very private as the only room upstairs and with en suite bath. Ideal work from home set up with fast internet and respectful housemates. Internet is fast and A/C is cold. Can't recommend highly enough.

The best and most peaceful place I ever lived in. The owner is awesome, helpful and so welcoming. I loved the company of my roommates.

This property and S (the landlord) have been a God send. The home itself is quiet and charming and the pool and bbq are perfect for the Florida heat. The neighborhood is quiet and and inviting. I work at Bay Pines VA which is only 15 minutes away. Centrally located to all of Saint Petersburg. Would rec to anyone.

Comfortable stay

My experience here was great. I stayed here for about 5 months and have no complaints. I felt very comfy in my room and the neighborhood is quiet so it was great for a nightshifter like me. Theres a Starbucks, Publix , and Walmart close by so thats a plus. I frequented the AMC movie theater thats about 12 mins away. Overall good location/ neighborhood .S is an amazing landlord and very good on communication. I had a horrible experience with my previous landlord but S was a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend and would stay here again. :)

A little piece of heaven :)

I stayed here beginning in May after a friend put me in contact with S! I miss the community and friends I met while staying there --- I am still friends with them! The room was super spacious and all the girls respected the fact I worked night shift. The neighborhood was quiet and right across from an elementary school. Parking was never an issue since their was a front and back driveway. It was about 10 minutes to both downtown and the beach :). To be honest, this was my first time staying in a shared house but it exceeded my expectations!

Easily the best spot in St Pete for a travel nurse!

I love love loved this house! It has everything you need for a perfect stay - a quiet and safe neighborhood, furnished rooms (everything I needed!), 2 other travel nurses (who the owner extensively screens), and a pool and laundry. S is one of the best hosts I've had, he puts a lot of emphasis on making sure you'll be a good fit in the place (quiet, clean, and respectful). I would definitely do it again if I had the option to. You really get what you pay for!
