Great place to stay with lots of amenities, including two hot tubs, a pool, a gym, racquet ball courts, billiards tables, etc. The apartment itself is great. Very open with lots of windows. The location is awesome. Right in the middle of downtown, so its within walking distance of a lot of stuff. Also close to the highway for easy access to the mountains. Jason was a good host.

Downtown SLC

Had a great stay at J's place! He was a very responsive landlord and quick with any little fixes. My work contract was cut short and he was very understanding with the lease. The apartment was super spacious with plenty of closet space and comfortable beds. Kitchen is slightly outdated but everything worked great and it had tons of extra cooking supplies. The 2nd bedroom is in more like a sunroom but loved the natural light. Super quiet with occasional city noise and very light footsteps overhead. Had no problems sleeping for night shift, it got very dark. Loved the location downtown, very close to lots of restaurants and bars. Great amenities, the rooftop jacuzzi was a highlight and small gym fit all needs. Covered parking in a garage and security with facial recognition. The elevators were always quick.

AMAZING PLACE

This place was great! It is a very spacious condo located right downtown and walking distance to plenty of bars and restaurants. A big plus is this place offers 24/7 security and facial recognition required to enter the building. Overall SLC was a relatively quiet and safe city but it was so nice to have that extra feeling of safety and security. The owner is great and very responsive with any questions/concerns. This condo does come with a covered parking spot, however, the parking garage entrance height is 67, which did not fit our large truck. There is also a rooftop deck that has a hot tub and is also a great place to watch the beautiful sunsets over the mountains. The university hospital is about a very easy 10-15 minute drive. Overall, we were very happy with our stay!!

Couldn't be any better!

This property is everything it claims to be in the posting. Safe, secure, and very luxurious. I felt so much safer in a building with 24/7 security and facial recognition screens. Immensely enjoyed the rooftop hot tubs and being able to wander the fun downtown area all in walking distance. Slept great on the bedroom bed. Shower was always warm and had good water pressure, which can be an issue in condos and apartments. Owner is a great guy and always took care of anything I needed. I'm hoping to do another travel assignment in SLC and if I do this is the 1st place I'm looking at to rent again!
