Awesome house

I stayed at this house because I am a student physical therapist who worked at encompass health for an internship, and I couldnt if asked for a better house. The house was very clean and in a quiet/safe neighborhood. R was awesome and is very quick to respond if you need anything. Its also conveniently located close to United regional and Encompass health. I would definitely stay at this house again and would recommend it to anyone.

Great Stay

Property owner was friendly and pleasant. Location is great, close to grocery stores, restaurants down the street, close to the highway. Rooms and bathroom was clean, which is always nice. Its quiet most the time. Very safe for packages, as they could sit next to the front door all day until I got back from work.

Nice Stay

Nice place to stay for clinical rotation! It's a short walk to the hospital and close by grocery stores. The landlord is quick to respond and is easy to talk to if there were any issues

Highly Recommend

This is a very lovely house in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It is located about 2 minutes from a grocery store, 1 minute from a gas station, and 5 minutes from Walmart. The kitchen is spacious with all appliance needs. Washer and Dryer work very well. It has a cozy living room with TV and internet. A fenced back yard and sun room. While the house is very nice, the landlord is what makes this stay so amazing. He responds to texts/phone calls instantaneously, and if there is ever a problem he has it fixed immediately. He is friendly, kind, and respectful. I have been staying here for 6 months and anytime I have had a roommate they have been very pleasant and easy to get along with. The landlord ensures each person that rents a room is reputable. Everyone that has lived here so far has been a healthcare student or traveling healthcare professional. I would highly recommend this property to any healthcare professional that is needing to stay in Wichita Falls.
