Home away from Home

This was our home for three wonderful years, and it will always hold a special place in our hearts. We moved to Tierrasanta from Canada with not much more than bags of clothes and a dream of starting a new chapter for our family. Having a completely furnished home made that transition so much easier, but what we remember most is the kindness that greeted us. Knowing how far we had traveled, our landlord left us a lasagna for dinner and a bottle of wine to commemorate our first night, a simple but incredibly sincere gesture. The home is centrally located within San Diego with everything you need nearby. Tierrasanta is a beautiful, family oriented community, and we feel so lucky to have landed here. The only reason we're leaving is because we were fortunate enough to buy our own home just down the street, a true testament to how much we fell in love with this community. To anyone considering this property and Tierrasanta, you honestly won't find a better place to call home.

R has put so much time and energy into creating such an amazing space. The minute details alongside a super open layout provides a very welcoming and homey feel. The kitchen is stellar. Lets talk about the fridge. Its huge. You can fit 60lbs of fish in the freezer, Ive tried. And that was only two shelves. Not to mention the double wine fridge! The bedrooms are all super well accommodating to night shifters, and all the beds are super comfy. R spot has defo ruined me for future renting because it ticks literally every box I can think of. It is so thoughtfully furnished, everything is laid out in a logical and easy to find manner, and its straight up just a pleasure to spend time in. Id buy the place without hesitation if I could. R is super responsive to any questions and concerns tenants have. He is always checking in to see if theres anything we need or anything he can do to make it better, and he is super open to feedback to make the space as awesome as possible!

Awesome San Diego Home

Perfectly located townhome in Tierrasanta (the Island in the Hills). Close to everything you want to do and see in San Diego with fast access to I-15 and I-8 (and thus easy access to beaches and the airport.) R is an awesome landlord and is super responsive to texts. He goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable. The home is well-appointed and I can't say enough about the blackout curtains in all three bedrooms. Seriously, I'm upgrading my personal residence because I've been so spoiled with sleeping in such dark rooms. The kitchen is spacious, with a massive fridge/freezer and large gas stovetop. There's also an air fryer and crockpot for your convenience. Like I said, R goes above and beyond and he thought of everything you'd need to have your stay be extremely comfortable. Above all, everything is as advertised (and maybe even better!) so you won't be disappointed renting this Charming Tierrasanta Home!
