Cherrywood Casita, 2/1 central Austin Oasis

LOVED IT!

My sister and I stayed here for 4 months and if we were staying in Austin, would have stayed even longer. The house was the perfect fit for us, we never felt crowded. Its outdoor space is the perfect addition. Jessica is so friendly and so so helpful. Her location is the perfect spot in the city, but away from too much traffic or business. I was never more than 12 minutes from anything I wanted to do...and the house has so many great restaurants within walking distance. I absolutely would recommend!

Wonderful long terms stay!

My partner and I stayed here for an extended stay of 10 months. It was exactly what we needed and we were sad to leave! This is a perfect little back house for 2 people and can accommodate a WFH set up as well. A few pros of this property: 1. Well stocked with towels, sheets, kitchen items, blankets, etc. 2. J is an incredible landlord who is so responsive and attentive. Whenever there were issues around the house, she had someone come out to fix them within a day or two. 3. Great location. Close to Mueller, Hyde Park, Downtown. Overall a great place to stay for an extended time. 100% recommended!
