Honestly the Best Rental I ever had over the last 15 years of travel

Elaine is a rare gem. She is honest, transparent, giving, helpful, smart, and funny. She is super responsive to any and all requests, questions, or ideas. I absolutely loved my private space (I had the large back room) for it was really quiet, dark when needed for good sleep, spacious enough for my workouts, and clean. The shared spaces were also very nice and never felt crowded. I stayed at Elaine's home for six months and I felt regenerated from living in such a peaceful place with a genuinely caring host. I was actually sad to have to leave and miss it already. Thank you for your generosity and kindness Elaine, you too will be missed.

I had a lovely stay in Tucson! The home is wonderful and has everything you could ever need. For a far move, I sure felt like I was home.

Great Stay!

The house is truly wonderful, and so is the owner, E. With its spacious kitchen and delightful patio featuring a swimming pool and hot tub, my stay was nothing short of fantastic. I had a great time and would definitely come back! Sharing a bathroom with E was not problematic at all. 5 stars.

Great Stay

Stayed here for 3 months. The place has everything I needed and more. E was very accommodating. So close to everywhere in town, most between 5-10 minutes of driving. Very relaxing backyard set up. Overall a great stay and will stay here again if I ever go back to Tucson!

Lovely oasis in the middle of Tucson

This was an amazing stay in a quiet and safe neighborhood. EC was a very gracious and friendly host, very appreciative of a clean and respectful guest. All furnishings and kitchen supplies were available.

Wonderful stay!

The bedroom is very nice! You have your own bathroom and plenty of storage in the closet and a large dresser as well. You have your own door to the back patio with access to the pool and hot tub. Elaine was very nice and available if I ever needed something. I highly recommend this property!

Worth The Stay!

The description & pictures are very true and accurate.The backyard poolside was really relaxing, especially the hammock. I came during the summer so I didnt use the Jacuzzi. Communication with the host was transparent & efficient. E really goes above & beyond to make you comfortable in the room.There is an optional cleaning service biweekly; really helpful when I didnt feel like cleaning my bathroom. & she is very receptive to any feedback. I worked days, so evening hours are quiet, I slept like a baby. on my days off I was able to sleep in really comfortably. The mini fridge in the room is great. Lots of storage space in the room. I purposely did not meal prep in the kitchen; I didnt have time to cook, but I had space in the fridge & pantry to put my preordered meals. The ambience in the house is relaxing. I wouldve stayed much longer till the end of the year but unfortunately i hated the hospital i was at & got real home sick.but I will come back if i work elsewhere!

Great stay!

I had a wonderful stay with E! I was there for about 3 months and she was so welcoming and made my stay 10x better than expected! She loved my dog, E and I got along so well, and I would stay there again any time!

Nice, comfy room

Staying in E's house was a great experience. She is very welcoming and easy going. E went out of her way to make me feel comfortable in her home. The house is in a great central location. It's within walking distance to a grocery store, restaurants, and Walgreens. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The room is large and comfortable, with easy access to pool and hammock .
